Personal summary

Paul lives in Kent with his family. As well as being very committed to his career as a Consultant Orthopaedic and Knee surgeon he also enjoys an active lifestyle. Paul runs and cycles regularly and enjoys competing in the occasional Triathlon.

                                                               

In view of his interest and involvement in sport he is very familiar with a wide range of sports related injuries which may be either acute, chronic or over usage in nature. This gives him much more insight when managing these injuries professionally. He is also very conscious of the importance of helping people keep active as we grow older.

Paul also regularly participates in ballroom dancing, horse riding as well as enjoying keeping bees.

                                                     

As part of his professional life he also maintains a keen interest in education. He trains junior surgeons and lectures both as part of surgical training programs and also to allied health professionals including GP’s, physiotherapists and osteopaths. He also gives educational lectures to local organisations and societies.
